Burton Hollow Estates, established between 1958 and 1965, is a neighborhood of homes located in northern Livonia, Michigan. Home to one of the area's premier malls at Laurel Park and the city with the second-most parks and nature preserves in Michigan, it's quickly evident why Livonia is frequently ranked as one of the safest and best cities for families.
The subdivisions of Burton Hollow comprise over 660 residential homes; tri-level, split level, one-story and colonials with contemporary and ranch style floor plans. This is an eclectic neighborhood featuring homes with aluminum, brick, vinyl and wood exterior finishes. The Bell Creek Branch of the River Rouge borders the neighborhood and many homes here enjoy lovely ravine views. Burton Hollow is popular with families as it is in walking distance of the local elementary and high school. The Burton Hollow Swim Club (membership required) is located in the middle of this well kept neighborhood.
The Burton Hollow Civic Association, established in 1960 currently has about 300 members. The association holds an annual meeting and several events throughout the year including an Easter Egg Hunt, Garage Sale, and Santa Visit.
